In 2005 D&P were contracted to supply a Bogie Overhaul facility at Railpart's Doncaster site.  The facility included the conversion of an existing shop and the installation of the following equipment:

• Bogie Wash
• Shot Blast Facility to cater for two bogies at any one time.
• Bogie Manipulators
• Bogie Painting facility
• Bogie Pres
• Bogie Stands
• Bogie trolleys
• Air bag tester
• Compressed Air System
• Workshop equipment
