This contract relates to an Overseas Economic Co-operation Fund (OECF) funded Railway Workshop upgrade in Tashkent, Uzbekistan.  The main contractor was Hitachi Plant Engineering & Construction Co. Ltd. from Japan and D&P's contract was with Hitachi Europe.  The contract was for the provision of a  number of items of Rolling Stock Maintenance Equipment.  Delivery was made in February 2000.
