D&P acted as Prime Contractor to construct a new Maintenance Facility at West Coast Traincare's Midlands Traincare Centre at Oxley.  This one road maintenance shed incorporates a single car paint booth and a bogie drop table together with a maintenance pit.  The facility was designed and constructed to take a nine car pendolino.  The paint booth was transferred from Alstom's Washwood Heath facility following its closure and the bogie drop was transferred from Alstom's Asfordby test track site.  D&P was responsible for the design of the facility together with the full Civil construction all E&M  works and the dismanting and re-installation of the paint booth and bogie drop.
