EMD constructed a state of the art maintenance facility in Doncaster in 2013. D&P were requested to install two sets of 40 Tonne Jacks together with an Underfloor Wheel Lathe and remote controlled shunter. The equipment was installed and commissioned in late 2013 and is now operational. The equipment was previously supplied under the Marmaray Project in 2009/10 and following cancellation of that contract the equipment was shipped back and installed.
