This contract was a study of the feasibility of Installing a Tandem Underfloor Wheel Lathe at various Network Rail Depots around the U.K.  The initial study was and overall assessment of the U.K. Lathe Capacity and Demand.  This allowed Network Rail to focus down to two Depots where D&P were requested to develop layouts.
